Hedwig and the Angry Inch

Woke at 11 am, went back to sleep. Woke up again at 1pm. Got up.

Called Kasumi, found out that she is on the way home from her tea ceremony lessons and will arrive between 30 min and 1 hour from now. I told her I will make or buy something for lunch.

No food in the house, so I ordered take-out Indian food (yay!) from Shane Punjab in Toyotama, Nerima. Phone number 3994-2799. Tandoori chicken, samosa, nan, saffron rice, vegetable curry, keema curry. Took bicycle to pick up the food. Returning I met Kasumi at the door. Ate lunch a bit after 2 pm food was great. Drank masala tea. Relaxed until around 3pm. She then left for work.

Checked Info about movie Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Kasumi forgot the name, she only remembered the word "and", and the fact that it was at the Musashino-kan. Checked the info on Yahoo! Japan. Also used i-mode on my cell phone and phoned the cinema.

The movie was cool. It reminded me of my feelings in the early 80's watching stuff like Rocky Horror, The Wall, Quadrophenia and Tommy.

Came home and listened to The Who's Live at Leeds, at VERY loud volume. Just blared it. I then started listening to a number of MP3s. Listened to Come Sail Away by Styx. Back in grade 8 all of a sudden. Again, blaring volume. Fantasized about how I would get back at any neighbor that comes to complain. I hate Japanese neighbors. I fantasized about yanking the complainer into my house, tying him up, and carrying him up to the attic. I would keep him up there for several days, blaring Led Zep and The Who 24 hours a day, feeding him onigiris (rice balls). You need well-trained neighbors, and if they just won't get with the program...

Net Surfing continuously from 4 pm to 9pm.

Some hilights were:

1. The Who, John Entwistle
Did not spend much time on a particular site. Checked out the BBC archive on stories about John Entwistle. Too bad about him having cocaine in his body. He used to be a cool spiffy dresser back in the sixties. Looked around for photos.

2. Missing Persons
Extensively looked at Terry Bozzio's site. Jumped to the site of his sister Carol Bozzio. She and her husband perform as a duo. Man, she is a looker! Wow! I wonder how old she is. Considering that her brother is over 50, she must be getting up there herself. She looked very young. I then looked around for recent news and info and pictures of Dale Bozzio. She too remains attractive to this day. These women getting on in their years really have it!

3. Poppy Family
West Coast Canadian lumberjack rock. Terry Jacks, Seasons in the Sun. Read about his recent divorce and story of spousal abuse with a dish rag. Read about his environmental activities. Searched high and low for pictures of Susan Jacks. She was a hottie, and probably still is in her fifties. Was a bit frustrated. Found out a lot of info about the Poppy Family. Found a sarcastic cool site with information about the Poppy Family:

4. Limewire
Purchased and downloaded Limewire Pro. Looked around for some info about the company. Did not study anything very deeply. Want to understand better their open source business model.
